Gabinet znajduje się na parterze budynku “ Dom Cynamonowy” na ul. Ostrogórskiej ,usytuowany za Szpitalem Miejskim Nr 1. Wjazd możliwy jest od ulicy Ostrogórskiej – obok Gimnazjum nr 15. Dojazd jest również możliwy od ulicy Zegadłowicza (od Szpitala nr 1 – stojąc na wprost szpitala po jego prawej stronie jest wjazd przez szlaban (wystarczy przy nim wybrać numer oznaczony jako „Dentysta”)
Pieszo Można dotrzeć zarówno od strony ul. Ostrogórskiej jak również od ulicy Jagiellońskiej i Zegadłowicza.
Wizyty umawiane są na wyznaczone godziny, po uprzedniej rejestracji telefonicznej lub poprzez stronę internetową.
Warunkiem otrzymania rocznej gwarancji na usługi stomatologiczne w gabinecie Denti-Med są regularne wizyty kontrolne co 6 miesięcy.W trakcie takiej wizyty ma miejsce przegląd uzębienia i kontrola higieny jamy ustnej.
